Amy Velyvis was exceptional to work with. Amy took the time to get to know us and then showed us different properties and communities that matched what we were looking for. She was easy to contact and was very responsive to our calls and messages. She has been involved in the SW Florida market for many years and knew each community, the HOA and other costs as well as the personality of each community. Her experience also gives her a great deal of knowledge as to taxes, SW Florida living and ways to get the most from our investment. When we were ready to place a bid on a home, she provided all of the comps and trends in the area and negotiated a great deal for us. We now have our Florida dream home. After the sale, she helped my wife with decorating ideas and a list of great places to shop. She also had an extensive list of contractors all of whom performed excellent work to update the home and make it our own. Amy is a true professional in every respect and I would highly recommend working with her. She is also very personable and easy to work with.
