After I called Amy to sell my condo she did her homework. She told me how many were for sale in the area and how much they were listed for. She guided me in pricing and what I had to do to get it ready. She kept me informed on what was going on in the total market and on competing condos in that they were changing prices and availability. It was a quick sale because she kept me informed, took care of the timing, paid attention to the details, took care of the paper work and worked with me.
